Unicorn Private opens Unicorn Club, a members-only club for accredited investors in pre-IPO club deals
Unicorn Club gives accredited investors access to club deals in the 30 largest pre-IPO companies, through SPVs, with investments in crypto or by wire. How it works and what it costs.
Unicorn Private LLC has opened Unicorn Club, an exclusive club for accredited investors. Members take part in members-only club deals in the 30 largest pre-IPO companies in the world, the private companies tracked on this site, through special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
Each deal concerns one company. Members choose the deals they want, with a minimum of 100,000 dollars per deal, and pay the full amount separately in BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC, confirmed automatically on the blockchain, or by wire. For United States residents the minimum is 200,000 dollars for individuals and 1,000,000 dollars for entities, in line with the approach set out in an SEC staff no-action letter of 12 March 2025 on verifying accredited investors in Rule 506(c) offerings.
Membership is a subscription in the Unicorn Club app, 99 dollars a month or 890 dollars a year, renewing automatically and cancellable at any time. It gives access to the deals and is not an investment. Investors confirm in the app, with a short questionnaire, that they are accredited or qualified under the law of their country of residence.
The club is presented at club.unicorn-club.com, in 16 languages. The app is being released on the App Store and Google Play.
Why it matters: club deals let a group of qualified investors reach shares of large private companies one company at a time. They remain high-risk investments: the shares are illiquid, valuations are uncertain and the whole amount invested can be lost.
